Another patch view.   This is a 6 yr old patch.  Notice the rocks. To simulate the wild conditions
each raised bed has to be cultivated to include just the right amount of rocks.
As the sang grows it gets that wild shape and knurly look as it fights through
just the right amount of rocky soil.   
  
We have a microclimate along the north facing slopes of the Youghiogheny River that is generally cooler and yields perfect conditions for our potent wild simulated ginseng. Our roots are prized on the oriental market for their appearance and potency.
